Keisha Watson

Keisha is a dynamic chef and author of the cookbook Meet Me in the Kitchen, driven by a deep passion for food, creativity, and the transformative power of cooking. For her, the kitchen is more than a workspace—it is a place of expression, connection, and healing. A proud graduate of the Runaway Bay HEART Training Institute and the Institute of Management and Sciences (IMS), Keisha has cultivated her culinary expertise through hands-on experience in hotels, restaurants, and aboard cruise ships. These diverse environments have sharpened her skills, broadened her perspective, and deepened her understanding of the global hospitality industry. Keisha approaches food as both an art and a language—one that tells stories, evokes emotion, and brings people together. She believes that cooking should never be ordinary; it should be intentional, creative, and infused with passion. To her, food is therapeutic—it nourishes the body, uplifts the spirit, and creates lasting memories. Through her work, Keisha continues to inspire others to embrace the beauty of cooking and to see food not just for what it is, but for what it can become.
